We believe in Bonding Families together by reviving memories through shared family stories. Such stories help in reliving the joy of togetherness and build a yearning to experience it often, thereby creating a sense of belonging and pride, apart from preserving our heritage and unity.

It was April 2020 With the COVID-19 pandemic raging, the world was in lockdown mode. Stuck at home with little to do, the mind wandered into areas hitherto unexplored. Who were my ancestors? I thought it would be an interesting exercise to build my family tree.

With no public data available, I began by querying my wider family for information. Bit by bit, a structure emerged. It took several months but eventually, I had a family tree that went back ten generations. In the process, I came across some interesting and inspiring stories too.

Having done it for my family, I decided to build a platform for the Indian community scattered around the world where they could not only connect to their families but also learn some of the fascinating stories of their ancestors and in the process, preserve the history of their family for posterity. And thus, iMeUsWe was born!
